The Role
Polar Industrial Lubricants is looking for an organized and goal-oriented Office Administrator to keep our business operations running smoothly. Beyond greeting office visitors and answering phone calls and emails, you’ll also have the opportunity to help shape the way we run our office. We are looking for a team player who can assist our General Manager in daily operations.

How you will spend your day as a Logistics Specialist:
- Assemble driver’s routes by coordinating customer orders and driver schedules
- Assign driver's delivery routes
- Monitor driver’s daily routes to ensure on-time delivery
- Assist customers and drivers with delivery issues, delays, or challenges
- Ensure daily paperwork is completed for deliveries and inspections
- Complete customer billing and data entry tasks
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and answer questions
- Work closely with the V.P of Operations and Office Administrator
- Compile and report on delivery-related metrics including on-time delivery, route efficiency, inspection reporting, and other helpful metrics
- Enter transportation orders and all necessary information provided by customers
Position Requirements:
- Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
- Willing to learn new skills and procedures
